We offer servicing and maintenance of a vast range of Epson printers and plotters. Both current models and old legacy machines are supported. We offer a one off service on a time and materials basis and also comprehensive service agreements with guaranteed response times.
Our one off servicing is carried out on the basis of a fixed price call out and labour charge so that costs do not spiral out of control. Spare parts will be in addition to the call out charge but these will always be quoted for prior to fitting. If we need to make a second visit there will be no additional call out charge. You only pay the original one off fixed price.
Service contracts last for a minimum 12 month period and can then be cancelled at any time with 3 months notice.
An annual premium is paid which then covers you for as many service visits as may be required to keep your machine in good working order. All parts and labour are included in your service contract. The only items which are excluded are the consumable items as stated by the manufacturer. One preventative maintenance visit is also included per year to clean and service the machine regardless of weather it has a fault or not. This helps to ensure reliable operation as any worn or failing parts will be spotted and replaced prior to actual failure. Whilst we do not support every single Epson machine ever made, we do support a huge range far too large to list.
